摘要
部附件维修周期对于航空公司和维修企业同样重要,导致部附件维修周期较长的原因很多,但主要是由于维修流程中存在诸多不增值的等待和浪费环节.本文通过访谈法从维修企业各相关部门和关键岗位收集到了 6个方面的因素,并根据精益思想提出了对应的解决方案.
Abstract
The turnaround time of components maintenance is equally important to airlines and maintenance enterprises.There are many reasons for long turnaround time,but it is mainly caused by the existence of many non-value-added waiting and wasteful links in maintenance process.This paper collects six factors from relevant departments and key positions of a maintenance enterprise through interview method,and proposes the solutions based on lean thinking.
