Thoughts on Empowering the Leadership of Airline Maintenance Personnel in the Post Epidemic Era
In the post pandemic era,enterprises are facing a critical period of restoring business and production,and capital investment is relatively difficult when the whole economy is in a downturn.Therefore,enterprises need to think more about how to tap into the potential of human value and continuously inject development energy into the enterprise through personnel empowerment.Maintenance department is one of the important pillars for safe operation of airlines,and high-quality and efficient maintenance work is an important guarantee for safe operation of civil aircraft.The overall quality,ability and skill level of maintenance personnel directly affect the quality of maintenance work.Therefore,analyzing the current leadership status of maintenance personnel in enterprises and developing targeted empowerment measures will be beneficial to achieving the common development of employees and enterprises.
