在航空客票销售竞争越来越激烈的行业大环境下,尤其在近几年航空公司大力提升直销能力的情况下,航空公司做市场销售时,必须对在线用户的行程搜索结果进行更精细的控制,才能实现他们的市场预期.本文结合行业态势及航司需求,为航空公司提供一套完整的解决方案,使得航空公司可以根据自己的市场要求,针对不同渠道用户的搜索请求,对其进行个性化的行程计算,并对结果进行个性化排序和筛选,最终将航空公司认为最优的结果返回给用户.
Design of Carrier Preferred Display
Under the industry environment of increasingly fierce competition in air passenger ticket sales,especially in recent years when airlines have been vigorously enhancing their direct sales capabilities,airlines need to have finer control over the itinerary search results of online users in order to realize their market expectations.This paper provides a complete solution for airlines based on the industry situation and the needs of airline companies,so that airlines can,according to their market requirements,perform personalized itinerary calculations for users'search requests from different channels and perform personalized sorting and filtering of the results,and ultimately send the results which are considered most optimal back to the users.
