针对飞机性能领域一发失效技术规范在定高度转弯超障评估方面缺乏具体指导方法的问题,本文对现有规范进行了补充性研究.从飞机性能运行限制原则、运输机适航标准和飞机性能基础理论出发,结合标准仪表离场程序设计规则,综合一发失效安全与效益因素,提出了一种定高度转弯的保护区划设及障碍物评估方法.并结合某机场的标准仪表离场程序,对本方法进行了应用示例.本研究提供了一种评估方法,旨在改善飞机性能定高度转弯的评估与研究.
Research on Evaluation Method for Turn at an Altitude When One Engine Inoperative(OEI)in Standard Instrument Departure(SID)Procedure
Aiming at the problem of lack of specific guidance methods for the evaluation of turn at an altitude when OEI in SID procedure,this paper conducts a supplementary study on the current regulations.Based on the principles of aircraft performance operation restrictions,aircraft airworthiness regulations and basic aircraft performance theory,combined with the design rules of SID procedures,and integrating the safety and benefit factors of OEI,it proposes a method for the protection areas construction and obstacle assessment for turn at an altitude when OEI in SID procedure.The SID procedure of an airport is used as an example to illustrate the application of this method.This study provides an evaluation method aimed to improve the evaluation and research of turn at an altitude when OEI.
