FAA、ICAO和中国民用航空局对机场净空管理有明确的规定,这对确保飞机安全起飞和降落至关重要.本文提出了一种障碍物识别的新方法,为净空管理做出新的思路与方法,有助于降低航空安全运行中可能存在的风险.本文使用卷积神经网络算法,基于卫星遥感技术对机场净空范围内的建筑物变化进行检测与识别,可有效地检测与识别出机场周边建筑物的变化,为机场净空的保护、净空管理效率和安全风险管理水平提供技术支持.
Research on Airport Clearance Protection Based on Satellite Remote Sensing Technology
FAA,ICAO and the Civil Aviation Administration of China have clear regulations on airport clearance management,which are crucial for ensuring safe takeoff and landing of aircraft.This article proposes a new method for obstacle identification,which provides new ideas and methods for clearance management and is helpful in reducing potential safety risks in aviation operations.This article uses convolutional neural network algorithm and satellite remote sensing technology to detect and identify changes in buildings within the airport clearance range.The method can effectively detect and identify newly added buildings around the airport,and provide technical support for airport clearance protection,clearance management efficiency improvement and safety risk management.
