从管制员排班的公平性和安全性考虑,本文通过研究影响管制员复杂度较高的约束条件,建立数字化的管制员排班规则策略和排班算法模型,开发出一套满足管制单位实际排班要求的排班系统,实现了排班的自动化,减小班组排班压力,提高了排班的效率和安全性.
Design and Implementation of Controller Scheduling System
For the fairness and safety of controller scheduling,by studying complex constraints that affect controllers,this paper establishes a digital controller scheduling rule strategy and a scheduling algorithm model,and develops a scheduling system that meets the actual scheduling requirements of North China Air Traffic Control Center.The system realizes the automation of scheduling,reduces the pressure of scheduling and improves the efficiency and safety of scheduling.
