The variations in the Earth's magnetic field have a significant impact on aircraft navigation and flight safety.Therefore,magnetic variation data is widely used to correct magnetic heading to ensure that aircraft fly along their designated flight paths.This article studies the methods of acquiring and processing different magnetic variation databases,and analyzes their differences and applications in navigation databases,flight management system and magnetic compass.It provides theoretical reference for accurate aircraft navigation.
