民航专用计量器具校准实验能力提升研究——以飞机称重平台计量比对为例

为促进实验室质量控制,提高有关检验机构对于实验室民航专用计量器具检测/校准实验能力,本文以北京飞机维修工程有限公司民航计量检测中心的测量结果为参考值,选取了 10家具有代表性的民航计量实验室参加比对,实施了飞机称重平台计量能力比对实验.实验采用归一化偏差En评价模型,对参比实验室的测量结果进行一致性评判.结果表明,9家参比实验室En绝对值在0~0.87之间,各参比实验室的测量结果与参考值之差均在合理预期范围内,有效保证了计量技术测量量值准确一致性,对今后民航专用计量器具检测/校准实验能力的工作具有一定的指导和参考意义.
Research on the Improvement of Calibration Experiment Ability of Civil Aviation Special Measuring Instruments——Taking Aircraft Weighing Platform Measurement Comparison as an Example
In order to promote quality control of laboratories and improve the ability of relevant inspection institutions to test and calibrate special measuring instruments for civil aviation in laboratories,10 representative civil aviation metrology laboratories are selected to take part in the comparison based on the measurement results of the Civil Aviation Metrology and Testing Center of Beijing Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co.,Ltd,the comparison experiment of measuring capability of aircraft weighing platforms is carried out.The experiment adopts the normalized deviation En evaluation model to evaluate the consistency of the measurement results of the reference laboratories.The results show that the En absolute values of 9 reference laboratories range from 0 to 0.87,and the differences between the measured values of each reference laboratory and the reference values are within the reasonable range.The experiment can effectively ensure the accuracy and consistency of measurement values,and has certain guidance and reference value for the future work of the testing and calibration experiment ability improvement of civil aviation special measuring instruments.
