摘要
机场移动地图为飞行员和管制员提供飞机在机场表面的位置指引.为满足机场场面移动地图和航空应用程序对于高质量机场地图数据库(airport mapping databases,AMDB)的需求,本文依据DO-272D标准研究了 AMDB数据特征、属性、编码和捕获规则的要求,依据DO-200B标准研究了 AMDB数据对于精度、分辨率、保证等级、可追溯性、时效性、完整性和格式化的数据质量要求,并从数据接收、数据汇总、数据转换、数据裁剪、格式化、分发6个阶段对AMDB的数据处理流程进行研究,为AMDB数据库的建立提供了新的参考,同时也为进一步实现滑行路线分配、跑道防侵入、数字化航行通告以及3D增强视景等航空应用程序提供数据支持.
Abstract
The airport mobile map provides pilots and controllers with location guidance of aircraft on the surface of the airport.In order to meet the needs of the airport scene mobile map and aviation applications for high-quality airport mapping databases(AMDB),based on the DO-272D standard,this article studyies the requirements for AMDB data characteristics,attributes,coding and capture rules.Then according to the DO-200B standard,it studies the data quality requirements of AMDB for accuracy,resolution,assurance level,traceability,timeliness,completeness and formatting.Finally the data processing flow of AMDB is studied in six stages:data reception,data aggregation,data conversion,data reduction,formatting and distribution.The article provides new reference for the establishment of the AMDB database,as well as data support for further implementation of aviation applications such as taxi route allocation,runway intrusion prevention,digital NOTAM and 3D enhanced vision.
