基于AIOps的自动化监控预警方案研究

针对机场IT信息化运维监控问题,现有的人工运维方式存在处置效率低、故障预警机制不完善的问题.本研究探索了一种智慧运维模式(AIOps)下的IT监控预警方案,该方案结合了 RCA根因分析算法和FLOW工作流任务编排技术,旨在实现运维监控管理自动化和故障预警流程化这两个目标,以求解AIOps自动化监控方案,提升运维效能.通过对国内某机场实际运维数据进行仿真实验,结果表明本研究所提出的监控方案能够有效地解决机场运维自动化程度低的问题.
Research on Automated Monitoring and Early Warning Scheme Based on AIOps
With regard to airport IT informationized operation and maintenance monitoring,the existing manual operation and maintenance methods have problems of low efficiency and incomplete fault warning mechanism.This study explores an IT monitoring and early warning scheme under Artificial Intelligene for IT Operations(AIOps),which combines RCA root cause analysis algorithm and FLOW workflow task arrangement technology.The aim is to achieve the two goals of automated operation and maintenance monitoring management and processized fault early warning,in order to get an AIOps automated monitoring scheme and improve operation and maintenance efficiency.Simulation experiments on actual operation and maintenance data of a domestic airport show that the monitoring scheme proposed in this study can effectively solve the problem of low automation of airport operation and maintenance.
