基于BOPPPS和任务驱动式教学法的混合制教学模式研究——以《航空客舱服务与管理》为例

当前,我国民航强国的建设正处于从单一的运输强国向多领域民航强国阶段转型的关键时期,高校迫切需要加强航空服务艺术管理本科课程教育工作,致力于培养具有高素质和高能力的综合应用型服务性人才.本研究以《航空客舱服务与管理》课程为例,依托超星学习通平台,以航空服务艺术与管理专业两个班级为研究对象,分别实施BOPPPS与任务驱动式新教学模式和传统教学模式,通过综合成绩和调查问卷的对比来分析两种教学模式的教学效果.研究结果表明,BOPPPS和任务驱动式教学模式不仅能够更有效地提升学生的综合成绩,而且能够有效提升学生对课堂的满意度.
Research on Mixed Teaching Mode Based on BOPPPS and Task-driven Teaching Method—Taking"Airline Cabin Service and Management"as an Example
China is now planning the stride forward from a single air transportation powerhouse to a multifaceted civil aviation powerhouse.It is urgent for universities to strengthen the teaching of aviation service art and management undergraduate courses and cultivate versatile application-oriented service talents with high quality and ability.This study takes the course"Airline Cabin Service and Management"as an example,relies on the Super Star learning platform,takes two classes of the aviation service art and management major as research objects,respectively implements BOPPPS and task-driven new teaching mode and traditional teaching mode,and analyzes the teaching effect of the two teaching modes through the comparison of comprehensive performance and questionnaires.The research results show that the BOPPPS and task-driven teaching model can't only improve students'comprehensive performance more effectively,but also effectively improve students'satisfaction with the teaching.
