面向分布式操作的无人机系统自动化能力分解

目前,我国已发布无人机系统自动化等级6级分级方案,但尚未明确不同等级自动化能力范围,无人机运营人难以为无人机系统进行自动化等级测评和定级.本文探讨了无人机系统分布式操作的特点和自动化能力,分析了 JARUS的自动化分级方法,运用因果分析法识别无人机系统分布式操作实际运行中的风险,提出了一种系统自动化能力分解方法.该方法遵循面向运行场景、基于运行风险的原则,为无人机系统自动化测评和定级提供了有益参考,可以有效促进分布式操作无人驾驶航空产业健康有序发展.
UAS Automation Capability Decomposition for Distributed Operation
At present,China has released the 6-automation level(AL)grading plan of the unmanned aircraft system(UAS),but it has not yet made clear the scope of automation capability of different levels.It is difficult for UAS operators to conduct AL evaluation and grading for UAS.This article explores the UAS distributed operation characteristics and automation capability,analyzes the automation grading method of JARUS,uses causal analysis method to identify the operating risks of the UAS distributed operation,and proposes a method of UAS automation capability decomposition.This method follows operation scenario-oriented and operation risk-based principles,provides useful reference for the AL evaluation and grading of UAS,and can effectively promote healthy and orderly development of UAS distributed operation.
