管制员视角的空管自动化安全风险分析及防范建议

在智慧空管建设加速和空中交通管制业务系统对安全需求愈加强烈的背景下,针对空管自动化系统的安全需求,本文结合实际应用情况,提出空管自动化系统面临的4类安全风险,基于已发生的安全案例,对每类风险发生的原因和对飞行安全可能的影响进行分析,并提出空管自动化系统安全风险防范及应对策略建议,可以为国内外空管自动化系统的安全建设和安全运行维护提供参考.
Safety Risk Analysis and Prevention Suggestions for Air Traffic Control Automation from the Perspective of Controllers
Against the backdrop of accelerated construction of intelligent air traffic control and increasing safety requirements of air traffic control business systems,this article proposes four types of safety risks faced by air traffic control automation systems based on actual application situations.Based on past air traffic control safety cases,it analyzes the causes of each type of risk and its possible impact on flight safety,and proposes safety risk prevention and response strategies for air traffic control automation systems.It can provide reference for safety construction and cafe operation and maintenance of air traffic control automation systems at home and abroad.
