Study on Influencing Factors of Large Roll in the Climb of Flights Departing from ZULS
During the end of 2023 to April 2024,there were some flights departing from ZULS with a large roll in the flight phase of climb, which adversely affected safe operation of flights. The influencing factors and their correlations have not been known yet. This study focuses on the flights departing from ZULS with a large roll in the flight phase of climb.Firstly, the flight operation data is statistically analyzed from the perspectives of operator, aircraft type and environment, and then the correlation of various influencing factors is computed. Finally,a regression model is established by using random forest method to obtain the feature importance ranking. The results show that flights departing from ZULS in a certain departure mode and with autopilot(AP)is prone to climb with a large roll in unstable wind speed environment.
