疲劳是影响民航安全的重要因素,为使机组在履行职责时保持充分警觉性,CCAR-121-R7中引入了疲劳风险管理系统,对飞行机组的疲劳情况进行监测是疲劳风险管理系统运行中的重要工作.本文设计了飞行机组疲劳监测系统,用于实现疲劳的多维度监测,系统通过智能穿戴设备采集机组睡眠数据,通过移动终端进行疲劳的主客观测量,最后将疲劳数据上传到航空公司的服务器端,航空公司在客户端对疲劳相关数据进行分析,在疲劳风险管理系统中对发现的飞行机组疲劳问题采取相应缓解措施,进而有效提升航班安全运行水平.
Design and Application of Flight Crew Fatigue Monitoring System
Fatigue is an important factor affecting civil aviation safety.In order to maintain sufficient alertness of flight crew in their performance of duties,CCAR-121-R7 introduces Fatigue Risk Management System(FRMS).Monitoring the fatigue situation of flight crew is an important task of the FRMS.This paper designs a flight crew fatigue monitoring system to achieve multi-dimensional monitoring of fatigue.The system collects crew sleep data through intelligent wearable devices,carries out subjective and objective measurement of fatigue by mobile terminals,and uploads fatigue data to airline's server.The airlines can analyze the fatigue data on the client side,and use the FRMS to take corresponding measures to alleviate the discovered fatigue,thereby effectively improving flight operation safety.
