摘要
航材库寿件管理对航材保障和飞行安全具有重要意义,一旦超库寿期航材装上飞机,将会给飞行安全带来隐患.本文结合航材管理系统,对SR20G6飞机航材库寿件的管理流程进行优化设计和分析,提出相应的优化措施,从而提高航材安全保障质量,提升航材人员工作效率,减少航材消耗和浪费,也为航材采购和库存量保障提供决策依据.实践中,这些优化措施操作简单,实用性强.
Abstract
The management of aircraft shelf life-limited components has great significance for aviation material support and flight safety.Once aviation materials beyond their storage life are installed on the aircraft,they will bring hidden dangers to flight safety.Based on the aviation materials management platform,this paper analyzes and optimizes the management process of SR20 G6 aircraft shelf life-limited parts,proposes corresponding optimization measures,so as to improve aviation material safety and the work efficiency of parts inspectors and managers,reduce material consumption and waste,and provide decision-making basis for aviation parts procurement and minimum safety stock.In practice,these optimization measures are easy to operate and have strong practicality.
