Thoughts on Promoting High-quality Development of Civil Aviation Capital Settlement by Digital Transformation
In order to promote high-quality development of civil aviation capital settlement and improve the efficiency of clearing service,the CAAC Settlement Center has carried out many fruitful explorations and practices in digital transformation of capital settlement.The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems in airport capital settlement under the background of unified liquidation,and put forward systematic improvement strategies.It is found that the digitalization level of the platform and the quality of capital settlement can be improved by optimizing the functional design of the platform,strengthening the business process specification,designing reasonable verification rules and enhancing the airport data quality through digitalization empowerment.The research results have extensive practical guiding significance for the development and design of airport charging system and the promotion of high-quality development of civil aviation capital settlement.
