经营理论视域下的企业文化核心理念研究

摘要
企业文化是企业的灵魂,是推动企业发展的不竭动力,企业文化核心理念更是企业赖以生存的源泉.为研究企业文化核心理念的构建理论,本文尝试运用经营理论对经营理论核心要素即组织环境、组织特殊使命和组织核心能力进行研究分析,进一步提炼企业文化核心理念即企业使命、企业愿景和企业核心价值观的构建路径,提出企业文化核心理念构建模型,并以深航企业文化转型为例,研究其文化转型过程中企业使命、企业愿景和企业核心价值观的构建过程,验证企业文化核心理念构建模型的实用意义.结果表明,企业文化核心理念构建模型满足构建企业文化核心理念的要求,具有重大的实用意义,能够为构建企业文化核心理念提供一套参考理论,驱动企业文化体系的全面建设.
Abstract
Enterprise culture is the soul of an enterprise,and an inexhaustible driving force for the development of an enterprise,and the core concept of enterprise culture is the basis of the survival of an enterprise.In order to study the construction theory of the core concept of enterprise culture,this paper uses the management theory to study the core elements of the management theory:organization environment,organization special mission and organization core competence,extracts the construction path of the core concept of enterprise culture:enterprise mission,enterprise vision and enterprise core values,and puts forward the construction model of the core concept of enterprise culture.Taking the enterprise culture transformation of Shenzhen Airlines as an example,this paper studies the construction process of enterprise mission,enterprise vision and enterprise core values in the process of its cultural transformation,and verifies the practical significance of the construction model of enterprise culture core concept.The results show that the construction model of the core concept of enterprise culture meets the requirements for the construction of enterprise culture core concept,has great practical significance,and can provide a reference theory for the construction of enterprise culture core concept,and drive the comprehensive construction of enterprise culture system.
