ChatGPT Supported International Civil Aviation Talent Cultivation
The emergence of artificial intelligence tools represented by ChatGPT has had a huge impact on educational world.While these tools bring empowerment and benefits,they also raise concerns in educational and academic communities.This article takes the capacity assessment of civil aviation internationa talents as an example to analyze the differences between ChatGPT and professional review in evaluating candidates'papers.Secondly,this article also focuses on the evaluation of ChatGPT and discusses its applicability as a paper writing assessment tool.In addition,this article reveals the potential fairness,effectiveness and interactivity problems that ChatGPT may bring when used for evaluation.Finally,two strategies for scientifically and reasonably using ChatGPT are proposed:building a comprehensive evaluation scale and improving the credibility of the evaluation.
