民航央企精神谱系融入职业技能人才培养的逻辑理路与方法路径

摘要
民航央企精神谱系蕴含着丰富的思政元素,有很好的育人价值,推动民航央企精神谱系融入民航中央企业员工培训的思政教育意义重大.研究发现民航央企精神谱系融入职业技能人才培养具有坚定理想信念打造共同愿景、汲取精神养分传承先进文明和主动担当责任激发奋斗精神的价值意蕴.本文在全面厘清民航央企精神谱系融入职业技能人才培养的根本目的、基本原则、逻辑方式和关键环节基础上,建议从转变教学理念、更新教学方法和创新教学内容3个方面优化民航央企精神谱系融入职业技能人才培养的方法路径.
Abstract
The spiritual genealogy of civil aviation central enterprises contains rich ideological and political elements and has great educational value.It is important to promote the integration of the spiritual genealogy of civil aviation central enterprises into the ideological and political education of civil aviation central enterprises'staff.The study finds that the integration of the spiritual genealogy of civil aviation central enterprises into the cultivation of talents with vocational skills is valuable for creating a common vision with firm ideals and convictions,inheriting advanced civilization by absorbing spiritual nutrients and actively taking responsibility to stimulate the spirit of struggle.On the basis of comprehensively summarizing the fundamental purpose,basic principles,logical ways and key links of integrating the spiritual genealogy into the talent training,the paper suggests optimizing the methods of integrating the spiritual genealogy into the talent training from three aspects:transforming the teaching concept,updating the teaching methods and innovating the teaching content.
