摘要

为统一思想,更新观念,深入推进落实教育教学攻坚行动方案,本文以"职业心理健康"课程为例,基于"三全育人"视角下课程育人、科研育人、实践育人、心理育人的职责目标,结合乘务学院学生身心发展特点,从课程设置、教学内容、教师与教学水平、教学管理4方面考察课程教学效果,不断提升课程满意度,最大化地将在校所学知识应用于未来的实践工作中,为民航业输送更加成熟的优秀人才.

Abstract

In order to unify thoughts,update concepts and further promote the implementation of the education and teaching action plan,taking the course of"Occupational Mental Health"as an example,based on the responsibilities and objectives of curriculum education,scientific research education,practical education and psychological education from the perspective of"Three Comprehensive Education",combined with the physical and mental development characteristics of students in the flight attendant college,from the four aspects of curriculum setting,teaching content,teachers and teaching level,teaching management,this paper examines the teaching effect of the course.In the future,the course will continuously improve student satisfaction,maximize the application of the knowledge learned in school in future work,and deliver more mature talents to the civil aviation industry.
