基于混合评价模型的航班计划编排质量评价方法研究

摘要
目前,针对航班计划编排的优化研究较多,但鲜有对航班计划编排评价方法的研究.为此,本文提出了一种航班计划编排评价方法,首先选择机场噪声、碳排放量以及出港延误情况作为离港航班计划编排质量评价指标,然后构建熵权法-Topsis模糊综合评价模型,并用层次分析法对熵权法所求权值进行验证.最后,利用成都天府机场某时段内航班计划进行实例验证,得出采样周期内航班计划编排评价结果,并基于评价结果,提出相应的改进建议.本文所提出的航班计划编排评价方法为"智慧航班计划编排"提供了一定的理论依据.
Abstract
Currently there has been substantial research on the optimization of flight scheduling.However,there is limited research on evaluation methods of flight scheduling.Therefore,this paper proposes a method for evaluating flight scheduling.Firstly,airport noise,carbon emissions and departure delays are selected as evaluation indicators for the quality of departing flight scheduling.Then,an entropy weight-TOPSIS fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed with the entropy weight method's results verified through analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Finally,by using the flight schedule of Chengdu Tianfu Airport during a specific period,an empirical validation is conducted,and the evaluation results of flight scheduling within the sampling period are obtained.Based on the evaluation results,improvement suggestions are proposed.The flight scheduling evaluation method proposed in this paper provides a theoretical basis for"intelligent flight scheduling".
