Research on Construction of"Trinity"Risk Management System in Civil Aviation Enterprises
Under orderly deployment of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council(SASAC),the construction of enterprise risk management system in central enterprises,which covers comprehensive risks,internal control and compliance and can be referred to as"trinity"enterprise risk management system,has achieved significant results and has become an important approach for central enterprises to mitigate risks and enhance core competitiveness.For civil aviation enterprises,the effective ways to improve their own"trinity"risk management system construction are as follows.Firstly,making a thorough understanding of the concept and basic requirements of"trinity"enterprise risk management system.Secondly,fully clarifying the relationships of comprehensive risks,internal control and compliance,which are that they have different functions but are also interconnected and interdependent.Thirdly,strengthening the management system from the aspects of strengthening organizational leadership,system coordination,business integration and information empowerment.
