Research on Optimization of Demand Weights of Aviation Emergency Rescue Target Areas
Aiming at the evaluation of comprehensive demand weights of aviation emergency rescue target regions,this paper establishes four indicators for evaluating the weights of aviation emergency rescue demand based on the Delphi method.On this basis,the subjective weights of the four indicators are determined by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)through expert weighting.Then,Zhoushan City is taken as an analysis case,and the objective weights are determined using the entropy weight method based on actual data.Based on the above two evaluation results,qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation are conducted to create an analytic hierarchy process-entropy weight method combined weighting evaluation model for comprehensive evaluation,and corresponding evaluation conclusions are drawn.This evaluation method overcomes the shortcomings of a single evaluation and makes the evaluation results more scientific and reasonable,providing reference for demand evaluation of aviation emergency rescue target areas and laying foundation for building an aviation emergency response system.
