摘要
航班截载时间缩短问题已成为国内各大机场关注的热点.本文以人身及手提行李安检环节为切入点,根据国内出港旅客量预测情况,提前增开安检通道,在缩短安检排队时间的同时,达到缩短航班截载时间的目的,从安检通道运营成本、资源调整运营成本及旅客安检排队时间成本三方面建立了优化模型,通过遗传算法,得到成本最优下的安检通道增开方案.对比传统的安检通道增开方案,成本最优下的安检通道增开方案可减少机场运营成本,并缩短航班截载时间.
Abstract
How to shorten flight cut-off time has become a hot issue for major airports in China.The security check of passengers and carry-on luggage is focused on.According to the dynamic situation of domestic departing passengers,the security check counters could be opened in advance to shorten flight cut-off time while shortening the security check queue time.An optimization model is established from three aspects:the operating cost of the security check counters,the operating cost of resource adjustment,and the time cost of passengers.Through the genetic algorithm,the optimal method of increasing the security check counters under the optimal cost is obtained.Compared with the traditional method of increasing the security check counters,it can reduce the operating cost of airports and shorten flight cut-off time.
