摘要

随着后疫情时期机场旅客运输量的全面恢复,国内旅客自助值机办理也恢复常态.为了及时了解机场旅客自助值机服务的使用情况和变化趋势,本文以近年国内机场旅客离港数据为基础,从时间跨度、旅客群体分类、不同机场规模等维度,对旅客使用自助值机服务的特点进行分析,提炼规律,期望为机场自助服务的优化和完善提供依据.

Abstract

With the full recovery of airport passenger traffic in the post-epidemic period,self-service check-in for domestic passengers has also returned to normal.In order to keep abreast of the usage and trend of airport passenger self-service check-in,based on the passenger departure data of domestic airports in recent years,this paper analyzes the characteristics of passenger self-service use from the dimensions of time span,passenger group classification and airport scale,and summarizes the rules,hoping to provide a basis for the optimization and improvement of airport self-service.
