Dual Prevention Mechanism Construction and Implementation in Air Traffic Management from the Perspective of Smart Air Traffic Management
With the continuous advancement of smart air traffic management(ATM)construction,this paper proposes a theoretical method that integrates smart ATM with the dual prevention mechanism to enhance safety of air traffic management.It analyzes the current construction status of the dual prevention mechanism in the air traffic management sector,points out the existing problems and challenges,and proposes new risk management strategies that integrate smart ATM technologies from four aspects.Practical verification shows that this new theoretical method can effectively enhance safety management of air traffic management,and provides a new perspective and solution for risk management in civil aviation.
