Study on Aircraft Noise Airworthiness Track Measurement and Compliance Method
The authority requires that the track measurement system be independent and does not limit the technical method.The applicant needs to submit the equipment and measurement plan to the airworthiness agency for evaluation and specify the equipment indicators related to the measurement accuracy.Based on the flight path testing methods currently approved by the authorities,this article analyzes in detail the application of imaging ratio method and differential global positioning system(DGPS)method in the noise airworthiness certification flight path testing of civil aircraft.Regarding the above two methods,the main verification content,verification tools,verification methods and review criteria in the noise certification process are elaborated in detail,providing scientific methods for the noise airworthiness certification of civil aircraft.
