Research on Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Ticket Refund and Change
Since the full electronization of civil aviation tickets,with the overall increase in sales and the diversification of product types,the issue of refunding and changing tickets has gradually become a focus of attention for consumers.In order to address this challenge,this article deeply studies the application scenarios and technical strategies of artificial intelligence in the refunding and changing ticket business:by introducing intelligent customer service and intelligent recommendation systems,it solves the interpretation deviation of refunding and changing ticket policies and optimizes the refunding and changing ticket operation process to improve the travel experience of passengers;by combining artificial intelligence technology with the refunding and changing ticket business in the scenarios of revenue management,risk management and high-value customer management,it optimizes the integrated operations management of airlines.This article provides theoretical support and practical guidance for digital transformation of airlines,especially the application in ticket refunding and changing ticket business,and is helpful for airlines to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
