Discussion on Grassroots Party Building Informatization Construction for Flight Major in Civil Aviation Universities——Taking the Civil Aviation Flight University of China as an Example
In the new situation of promoting party building work through the development of informatization,in order to ensure good grassroots party building work of flight major in civil aviation universities,informatization construction has become key emphasis in grassroots party building work.This article elaborates on the characteristics of party building informatization construction in universities,as well as some common problems and challenges in the process of party building informatization construction.Taking the Civil Aviation Flight University of China as an example,this article analyzes the necessity of party building informatization construction in view of the problems in grassroots party building work of civil aviation flight major,such as imbalance and lack of coordination;analyzes the feasibility of party building informatization construction from the aspects of team construction,policy guidance,advantages of party building informatization and information management system,and provides a framework for party building informatization management system in terms of system construction logic.Finally,suggestions are given on how to steadily promote party building informatization construction.
