The Theoretical Narrative of the Improvement Design of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative Inheritor System:Based on the Observation of Individuals,Groups and Communities
If there is a lack of widespread participation from"groups"and"communities",the identification of"the representative inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage"based on the power-centric"top-down"mode can easily lead to"cultural screening"and"cultural stratification".Based on the integrative-centric"bridging"approach to identifying"representative inheritor groups of intangible cultural heritage",while highlighting individual representativeness,it can effectively curb individualistic tendencies and foster a collective spirit.Based on the grassroots recognition and group endorsement"bottom-up"approach to identifying"representative inheritor communities of intangible cultural heritage",the base of personnel and geographical scope that can be recognized is larger and more extensive, and it is more fundamentally in line with UNESCO's emphasis on the concepts of"groups"and"communities"in the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. It can also reflect the contemporary connotations of"a community with a shared future for mankind."
