超大城市视角下国内互联网医院在分级诊疗制度建设中的应用

患者作为医疗服务的需求者,倾向于前往三级医院就诊,造成三级医院医疗资源挤兑.分级诊疗制度是缓解三级医院门急诊压力、引导患者有序就医、解决患者"看病难"问题的重要手段.超大城市拥有完善的医疗服务体系、丰富的医疗资源和高水平的医疗服务.本文以此为视角,概述超大城市互联网医院的建设情况和互联网医院在分级诊疗制度中的应用,分析其中存在的问题并提出对策建议.
The Application of Domestic Internet Hospitals in the Construction of Graded Diagnosis and Treatment System from the Perspective of Megacities
As demanders of medical services,patients often have a tendency to seek medical treatment in tertiary hospitals,resulting in a run on medical resources in tertiary hospitals.The emergence of a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system is an important means to alleviate the pressure of outpatient and emergency treatment for doctors in tertiary hospitals,guide patients to seek medical treatment in an orderly manner,and solve the"difficulty of seeking medical treatment"for patients.Megacities have complete medical service systems,abundant medical resources,and high-level medical services.This article provides an overview of the construction of Internet hospitals in megacities and the application of Internet hospitals in hierarchical diagnosis and treatment systems.It analyses the existing problems and proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of megacities.
