数字技术的快速发展带来了劳动关系和劳动形式的重大变革,催生了一批数字职业,同时对新型数字人才产生巨大需求.在档案数字化过程中,档案数字职业人才存在巨大缺口,而培养体系的相对落后已经成为档案数字职业人才培养的短板.针对这一问题,本文从职业生涯管理的视角出发,从个人与组织两个层面探究目前档案数字职业人才培养困境的解决方法.
Archival Digital Occupational Talent Cultivation Strategy Based on Career Management
The rapid development of digital technology has brought significant changes to labor relations and labor forms,leading to the emergence of a range of digital professions and a substantial demand for new types of digital talent.In the process of archive digitization,the substantial shortage of archival digital occupational talent and the relatively underdeveloped training system have become the"shortcomings"restricting the cultivation of such professionals.In response to this,this article explores solutions to the current dilemmas faced by archival digital occupational talent from the perspective of career management,considering both individual and organizational angles.
