The Improving Path of the Rule of Law Work in Fujian Universities from the Perspective of ASD Theory
In order to promote the construction of the rule of law level in Fujian's universities,Fujian Province launched a three-year evaluation of the rule of law work in higher education institutions throughout the province in 2022.Based on the perspective of ASD theory,this paper analyzes the prob-lems in the evaluation of the rule of law in Fujian universities in terms of actors,systems,and environ-ment.Measures are taken to coordinate the participation of multiple actors in the rule of law work in u-niversities,provide and expand supporting systems for the rule of law in universities to ensure the rule of law work in universities,enrich the legal talent team in universities,and promote the construction of a legal culture environment to enhance the level of rule of law work in Fujian universities.Only by forming a coordinated relationship among various entities,consistent internal and external actions,and coordina-ted development from top to bottom,can we better promote the rule of law work in universities,serve the modernization of the internal governance system and governance capacity of universities.
