The essential attribute of colleges and universities insisting on people-centered development of education is mainly reflected in the two dimensions of the fundamental purpose of the Party and the direction of socialist development.From the perspective of connotation,the key to the people-centered development of education in colleges and universities is to grasp the general direction of accelerating the construction of high-quality education system,developing quality-oriented education and sharing the fruits of higher education development,and to focus on the problems of education equity and education access to achieve improvement.Based on the path and pattern of educational development in China,col-leges and universities should always closely follow the people-centered value orientation,and promote the high-quality development of higher education around the path of adhering to the overall leadership of the Party,ensuring high-quality development and benefiting the people,and cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development.
