摘要
通过过渡金属催化绿色氧化法,利用钒\双氧水绿色氧化体系将工业副产物全氟己基乙烯氧化,成功地制备了高纯度、直链含量达 99%的全氟庚酸.通过气质联用仪以及核磁共振波谱仪表征,利用该方法合成的全氟庚酸纯度大于98%,且直链含量大于99%.全氟庚酸比全氟辛酸少一个碳原子,同时也未被列入限制名单中,因此有望成为全氟辛酸的替代品应用于各个领域,具有良好的市场前景.
Abstract
Perfluoroheptanoic acid,with high-purity and linear chain content up to 99%,was success-fully prepared through the transition metal-catalyzed green oxidation method from the industrial by-product(perfluorohexyl)ethylene was oxidized by using hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by vanadyl acety-lacetonate.The purity of perfluoroheptanoic acid synthesized by this method was greater than 98%,and the linear chain content was greater than 99%.Perfluoroheptanoic acid is one carbon atom less than pentadecafluorooctanoic acid,and it is not included in the restricted list,so it is expected to be an alter-native to pentadecafluorooctanoic acid in various fields with good market prospects.
