生物基酚醛胺固化剂的合成及固化反应动力学研究

通过曼尼希反应由腰果酚、糠醛和三乙烯四胺合成一种生物基酚醛胺固化剂(CFT).该固化剂在无溶剂条件下固化环氧树脂,所得的环氧/CFT涂膜具有优异的机械力学性能、耐化学性能及热稳定性.差示扫描量热法(DSC)被用于研究环氧/CFT体系的固化反应动力学.DSC曲线通过分峰拟合法进行简化,自催化模型被应用于简化后的曲线拟合,从而成功获得固化反应的动力学参数.模拟曲线与实验数据吻合良好,表明了该简化方法在分析具有复杂DSC曲线的环氧树脂固化动力学中的有效性.
Study on the Synthesis and Curing Reaction Kinetics of Bio-Based Phenolic Amine Curing Agents
A bio-based phenolic amine curing agent(CFT)was synthesized by the Mannich reaction using cardanol,furfural,and triethylenetetramine.This curing agent was used to cure epoxy resin under solvent-free conditions,and the resulting epoxy/CFT coating exhibited excellent mechanical properties,chemical resistance,and thermal stability.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)was employed to study the curing kinetics of the epoxy/CFT system.The DSC curveswere simplified by using peak fitting method,and an autocatalytic model was applied to fit the simplified curves,successfully obtaining the kinetic parameters of the curing reaction.The simulated curves matched the experimental data well,demonstrating the effectiveness of this simplified method in analyzing the curing kinetics of epoxy resins with complex DSC curves.
