氟吡菌酰胺的绿色合成工艺及杀线虫活性研究

为研究新型农药氟吡菌酰胺防治松材线虫病的效果,采用可见光介导合成工艺制备氟吡菌酰胺,运用GC-MS、1 H NMR、19 F NMR及13 C NMR对其结构进行表征,并采用触杀法测定不同浓度的氟吡菌酰胺对于离体松材线虫的灭杀活性.结果表明,上述工艺合成路线简短、无重金属污染、三废排放量低,制备得到的高纯度氟吡菌酰胺对于松材线虫有极强的灭杀作用.研究结果为氟吡菌酰胺的绿色合成以及高效防治松材线虫病提供了科学依据.
Green Synthesis Process and Nematicidal Activity of Fluopyram
To exploration the impression of a new pesticide,fluopyram,in the prevention of pine wilt disease,fluopyram was prepared using a visible light excitation synthesis process,characterization of its structure using GC-MS,1 H NMR,19 F NMR,and 13 C NMR,and the insecticidal activity of different concentrations of fluopyram against isolated pine wood nematode was measured using contact killing method.The results indicate that the above process has a short synthesis route,no heavy metal pollu-tion,and low emissions of three wastes.The high-purity fluopyram prepared has a strong killing effect on bursaphelenchus xylophilus.This study provides a scientific basis for the green synthesis of flupyram and the prevention and control of pine wilt disease.
