载银抗菌纺粘非织造布的制备及其性能研究

以PP母粒,载银抗菌母粒为原料.制成不同含量载银抗菌母粒并以熔喷形式纺出,通过观察非织造布表面微观结构,测试非织造布热结晶性能,透气性,断裂机理,研究了不同载银量PP母粒制成的非织造布抗菌性,并将不同含量载银抗菌非织造布的结构,性能进行对比.据实验结果分析,相较于传统的丙纶纺粘布,抗菌无纺布的抗拉强度得到了有效提升,且其透气性得到了一定程度的改善.
Preparation and Performance of Silver-Loaded Antibacterial Spun-bond Nonwovens
PP masterbatch,silver-loaded antibacterial masterbatch as raw materials.By observing the surface microstructure of the nonwovens,testing the thermal crystallization properties,air permeability and fracture mechanism of the nonwovens,the antibacterial properties of the nonwovens made of PP masterbatches with different silver loads were studied,and the structure and performance of the silver-loaded antibacterial nonwovens with different contents were compared.According to the analysis of ex-perimental results,compared with the traditional polypropylene spun bond,the tensile strength of the antibacterial non-woven fabric has been effectively improved,and its air permeability has been improved to a certain extent.
