马克思恩格斯的贫困治理思想蕴含着科学的世界观和方法论.站在唯物史观的基础上,马克思恩格斯揭示了无产阶级贫困的根源在于资本主义制度,指明了无产阶级贫困治理的途径是推翻资本主义制度、建立共产主义制度及解放和发展生产力,诠释了无产阶级贫困治理的取向是人的自由和全面发展.马克思恩格斯贫困治理思想的现实启示表征为:坚持中国共产党的领导,解放和发展生产力,夯实物质基础,坚持以人民为中心的发展思想和发挥集中力量办大事的制度优势.
Abstract
Marx and Engels'thought of poverty management includes a scientific world outlook and methodology.Standing on the base of historical materialism,Marx and Engels revealed that the root cause of proletarian poverty lies in the capitalist system,pointed out that the way of proletarian poverty governance is to overthrow the capitalist system,establish the communist system and liberate and develop the productive forces,and interpreted that the orientation of proletarian poverty governance is the free and all-round development of human beings.The practical enlightenment of Marx and Engels'poverty management thought is characterized as follows:adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,liberate and develop productive forces to consolidate the material foundation,adhere to the people-centered development thought and give play to the institutional advantages of concentrating resources to do great things.
