Marx in his early years fell into the inherent dilemma of Kant and Fichte's theory of rights.Due to the separation of the form and content of law,he failed to conceive the philosophical system of rights twice and turned to Hegelian philosophy of rights. When faced with the difficulty of expressing opinions on material interests,he discovered a logical rupture between the private interests and the state, and then turned to criticize Hegelian philosophy of rights, proving the bankruptcy of Hegelian's theory of identity between civil society and the state, and began to critically examine civil society from the dimensions of politics and rights.Marx's consciousness of problem, which originated from the critique of Hegel's philosophy of rights, namely the relationship between civil society and the state, led to an academic shift of Marx's critique of political economy.
