A Study on the Contribution of Different Organs to Grain Weight in Different Genotype Wheat
The contribution of different organs to grain weight in different genotype wheat were studied through the treatments of defoliate, darken ear and darken stem. The results were as follows: there were significant differences among different organs in the contribution to 1000-grain weight, and no significant differences among different genotypes, to the per ear grain weight, the difference among different organs and the mutual reaction between genotypes and organs was significant, among the genotypes ,it was not significant. The contribution to grain weight of different organs was related to plant height. In a range of plant height, with the accretion of ear area, the contribution of leaf to grain weight increased, and there was a decline trends in that of ear. There was a positive correlation between the contribution of sheath and ear area or plant height. The contribution of reserved substance of stems was negative correlation with the contribution of leaves. Plant height was positive correlation with 1000-grain weight, and negative correlation with the grain number per ear. Leaf area per stem was positive correlation with grain weight per ear. Ear area and grain weight per ear were positively correlation with grain number per ear.
