Regional Analysis to Promote the Wheat Productivity in Shaanxi Province
To enhance the wheat productivity in Shaanxi province, the current situation, region characteristic and technical problems were studied, and development approaches in wheat production in the province were discussed. The results whowed that wheat high-quality production, standardization management in processing enterprises, and standardized cultivation of major varieties should be carried out in the province. The key regions of wheat production were the middle and late-maturing winter wheat area in Weibei highland and middle and early-maturing winter wheat area in Guanzhong plain. The key technical measures for the wheat production in those regions were suggested in the paper.
