四倍体杂交冰草AFLP遗传连锁图谱的构建

为给冰草抗性及产量等重要性状QTL定位及分子标记辅助育种等研究奠定基础,以四倍体杂交冰草的347个F2代单株及其亲本为材料,利用AFLP分子标记技术构建四倍体冰草的分子遗传连锁图.结果表明,本研究首次成功构建出1张密度较高的四倍体杂交冰草分子遗传连锁图谱,该图谱包含14个连锁群,572个标记,各连锁群长度范围为129.75~214.90 cM,覆盖基因组总长度2 266.59 cM,标记间平均间距4.13 cM.
Construction of an AFLP-based Genetic Linkage Map of Tetraploid Hybrid Wheatgrass
In order to lay a foundation for further study on application of resistance,yield and other important traits of wheatgrass and marker-assisted selection,a genetic linkage map of hybrid tetraploid wheatgrass was constructed by using AFLP molecular marker technique,with 347 F2 plants of hybrid tetraploid wheatgrass population and their parents as materials.In the present study,a highdensity genetic linkage map of tetraploid hybrid wheatgrass was first constructed,which contained 572AFLP polymorphic loci distributed in 14 linkage groups,with the length of each linkage group ranged from 129.75 cM to 214.90 cM,and totally covered 2 266.59 cM with an average marker distance of 4.13 cM.
