Plot of Quadric Surface Image Based on TikZ/pgfplots Plotting Macro Package
The teaching of equations and images of quadric surface plays an important role in cultivating students'spatial intuition.The application of TikZ/pgfplots three-dimensional graphic plots in the teaching of analytic geometry courses can make teaching images vivid,free students from abstract understanding and heavy mathematical calculations,stimulate learning interest,and improve teaching efficiency.Taking nine common quadric surface images as examples,the drawing codes of the examples are given in detail,which has certain application value to the multimedia teaching of analytic geometry.
