Modeling and Simulation of Swash Plate Multi-plunger Pump Based on Bond Graph Theory
To study the performance characteristics of the swash plate axial piston pump composed of nine plungers,a model is established by using the bond diagram theory and AMESim simulation platform.The effects of the swash plate inclination angle and the damping slot at the front of the plate window on the flow pulsation of the plunger pump are studied,and the torque of the swash plate in the extended model is analyzed.The results show that the larger the dip angle of swash plate of piston pump is,the more the output flow is and the larger the pulsation amplitude is;the more reasonable the shape and size of the damping trough of the valve plate window,the smaller the flow pulsation is.The basic model can be extended by using the receiving and transmitting elements in the AMESim simulation platform and the desired performance indexes can be obtained.
