粤港澳大湾区规则衔接和协同立法的学术研究现状分析
Review and Summary of Academic Research of Rule Convergence and Synergistic Legislation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Based on Bibliometric Approach

摘要
对粤港澳大湾区规则衔接和协同立法理性基础进行研究有助于推动粤港澳合作发展建设不断深化.文章在对大湾区规则衔接和协同立法的研究重点进行简要综述基础上,采用可视化文献计量分析的方法,运用Citespace软件绘制 2018-2022 年粤港澳大湾区规则衔接和协同立法领域研究的科学知识图谱.并简要评述粤港澳大湾区在规则衔接和协同立法方面的理论成果和经验总结,以期为今后粤港澳大湾区规则衔接和协同立法的理论研究和实践提供帮助.
Abstract
Research on the rational basis of rule convergence and synergistic legislation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area can help promote the continuous deepening of the cooperative development and construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao.Based on a brief review of the research focus on rule convergence and synergistic legislation in the Greater Bay Area,the study uses Citespace software to map the scientific knowledge of research in the field of rule convergence and synergistic legislation in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao from 2018 to 2022 by adopting a visual bibliometric analysis.Finally,it then briefly summarizes and reviews theoretical achievements and experience to aid with future theoretical research and practice of rule convergence and synergistic legislation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
