The Index System and Application of Influencing Factors on the Implementation of Employment Policies in Guangdong's"Double First Class"Universities——Take Two Guangdong"Double First Class"Universities as Examples
In response to the increasingly severe employment situation of college graduates, research has found that the implementation of college employment policies is constrained by some influencing factors and has not played its due role. This study has developed a set of influencing factor indicator systems applicable to the implementation of Guangdong's"Double First Class"college employment policies, which is expected to provide useful reference for the formulation and improvement of employment policies for college graduates in Guangdong Province. It adopts a combination of Delphi method and questionnaire survey and uses the Smith policy implementation model to construct an indicator system for the influencing factors of employment policy implementation in Guangdong Province's"Double First Class"universities. At the same time,an evaluation model for the implementation of employment policies in Guangdong Province's"Double First Class"universities was constructed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and applied in practice. The model found that some students hold a relatively conservative attitude towards the employment environment, but there is still a majority of students who hold a more optimistic attitude towards policy implementation. The author believes that relevant policy measures should be improved to enhance policy enforceability.
