新时代档案文化服务高质量发展路径研究

摘要
中共二十大报告提出推进文化自信自强,为档案文化服务高质量发展指明了方向.提供高质量的档案文化服务,是档案事业全面贯彻党的二十大精神和深入落实习近平总书记对档案工作重要批示的有效途径.采用文献研究法和案例分析法,以新发展理念为依据,为新时代档案文化服务高质量发展提出迭代数字思维、多元开发主体、绿色节能减排、交流合作共赢、完善法规保障等五个实现路径.对新时代的档案文化服务发展趋势进行展望,提出加快信息化融合、优化线上用户体验和强化人才队伍建设等建议.
Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the direction for the high-quality development of archival cultural services by promoting cultural self-confidence and self-improvement.By using literature research method and case analysis method,based on the new development concept,this study proposes five realization paths for the high-quality development of archival cultural services,including iterative digital thinking,multiple development subjects,green energy saving and emission reduction,mutual exchange and cooperation,and improving legal protection.It also looks forward to the archival cultural services in the new era.Suggestions were put forward to speed up information integration,optimize online user experience and strengthen the construction of talent team.
