石化特色高校劳动教育与"双创"教育有机融合的育人探索

摘要
劳动教育与"双创"教育有机融合是实现立德树人的育人新举措.石化特色高校立足劳动教育与"双创"教育的内在共生关系,尝试构建了"劳动+双创"的课程育人体系,推动校内教学和校外实践的融合,整合政府、企业、高校三方资源,共同搭建协同育人平台,结合多元动态化评价方式的实时反馈,有效进行了劳动教育与"双创"教育融合的实践,构建了以全员育人、全方位育人、全过程育人为导向的新的劳动教育范式,为高校育人做出了有益的探索.
Abstract
Under the background of economic development in the new era,the organic integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education is a new measure to foster virtue through education.Based on the endosymbiotic relationship between labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,petrochemical universities try to build a curriculum education system of"labor+innovation and entrepreneurship"to promote the integration of on-campus teaching and off-campus practice.Through integrating the resources of the government,both enterprises and universities jointly build a collaborative education platform,combined with real-time feedback of multi-dynamic evaluation methods.It can effectively explore the integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,to establish a new paradigm of labor education oriented to"three-wide education",which makes a useful exploration for college education.
